The NOCH item "Waters Colour Set" is a set of five ready-to-use paints designed for modeling water surfaces. Each bottle contains 30 ml in shades of dark blue, ultramarine, turquoise, mud brown, and white.

The paints are precisely dosable thanks to fine droppers. They adhere well to wood, cardboard, plaster, and NOCH hard foam, and dry with a matte, heat-resistant finish. This allows them to be used in conjunction with other NOCH water products like "Artificial Water" or "Water Drops" to create realistic water effects.

When applying, it's advisable to make the centre of the body of water darker, gently blending toward a lighter edge. Then a thin 2-3 mm layer of transparent water resin can be poured on, and surface effects (ripples, waves) added if desired.

Because the set is scale-neutral, it's usable in layouts of any gauge - H0, TT, N, Z, G, etc.
