Ballast and stones play a very important role in the realistic design of model landscapes. Track ballast is usually quarried regionally and therefore reflects the color of the rocks and stones of the region. With the various types of ballast from NOCH, you can create extremely realistic ballast for your trackbed. Furthermore, the types can be easily mixed together to create unique colors. The grain size of the PROFI "Basalt" ballast for H0 and TT gauge is 0.5 - 1.0 mm.
