Since 2010, NOCH has been producing its model trees in its own factory in Vietnam. The trees are lovingly handcrafted there. This has made it possible to further improve the quality of the renowned PROFI trees.

The tree trunks are meticulously hand-painted with a matte finish, eliminating any shiny plastic surfaces.
To give the tree more volume, a fine weave is incorporated into the branches before flocking.
High-quality NOCH foliage is used as the flocking material. This specially milled and elaborately colored material resembles the foliage of the original trees in shape and color.
Just like in nature, only the fine branches of NOCH model trees bear leaves. The thick branches are cut out by hand during the elaborate flocking process.
