This kit contains laser-cut precision parts made from NOCH laser-cut cardboard (certified for ageing resistance according to DIN 6738). The innovative 45° miter cut makes the model very easy to assemble. The exterior walls and roof of the building are partially laser-engraved and hand-painted in a realistic matte color. The interior walls are painted black to prevent lighting (not included) from shining through. Gutters and downpipes, as well as detailed assembly instructions and special glue, are included in the kit.
