Prototype: Hector Rail class 182 “Taurus” electric locomotive, leased to FlixTrain, Inc., Munich, registered in Germany. Version with two pantographs. Locomotive road number 242.503 and 91 80 6 182 503-3, loco name “Balboa.” The loco looks as it did around 2025.

Model: The loco has an mfx+ digital decoder and extensive sound functions. It also has a controlled, high-performance motor with a flywheel, centrally mounted. All four axles are powered by cardan shafts. Traction tires are fitted. Triple headlights and dual red marker lights change over with the direction of travel, work conventionally, and can be controlled digitally. The headlights at no. 1 and no. 2 ends can be turned off separately in digital operation. There is a double “A” light function. The long-distance headlight can be controlled digitally. Maintenance-free warm-white and red LEDs are used for the lighting. A buffer capacitor is fitted. Separately attached metal grab irons. With a locomotive engineer figure in cab 1. Length over the buffers 22.5 cm / 8-7/8".
