Prototype: German State Railroad (DR) class 120 diesel locomotive, also known as the “Taigatrommel” (Taiga Drum). Version with a Soviet-designed silencer. The locomotive looks as it did in 1973. Road number 120 323-1.

Model: The loco has an mfx+ digital decoder and extensive sound functions. It also has a centrally mounted high-performance motor. Two axles in each truck are powered by cardan shafts. Traction tires. Triple headlights and dual red marker lights change end with the direction of travel; work conventionally, and are digitally controllable. The headlights at no. 1 and no. 2 ends can be turned off separately in digital operation. If the headlights at both ends are switched off, then the double-A light comes into play. Engineer’s cab lighting changes ends with the direction of travel, digitally controllable. The engine room lighting can be controlled digitally. Maintenance-free warm white and red LEDs are used for the lighting. Separately applied metal side grab irons. Front skirting can be replaced with closed front skirting. Length over buffers approx. 20.2 cm / 7-61⁄64".
